The FONDAZIONE CARLO MENDOZZI ETS aims to be the hub
of the research, identification and selection of deserving young people, whose
spontaneous applications will be assessed annually in December by a member of
the technical scientific committee of the same, together with a jury of experts
in the sector, in order to provide a concrete contribution to their support.
In full compliance with the Mission of the Fondazione
Carlo Mendozzi ETS, which also aims to be a point of reference and support for
the new generation of talented young people with a strong entrepreneurial
spirit, a set of shared values will be highlighted, which can act as a link
in the generational transition between the past era of the "Self Made
Man", represented by Carlo Mendozzi, and the current young
entrepreneurship.
A new feature of this third edition will be the
establishment of an additional prize of € 1,000.00 awarded to a person who has
enhanced inclusion and sociality in the sector.
The 3rd edition provides for the awarding of the
following prizes in exchange value:
• €5,000.00 for the 1st Place
• €2,500.00 for the 2nd Place
• €1,500.00 for the 3rd Place
• €1,000.00 for the Young Talent (student category)
• €1,000.00 prize for inclusion and sociality
The prizes indicated will be tailor-made, in the sense
that the type of tangible or intangible asset most suited to their
professionalism will be agreed with the winners.
The inclusion criteria of the call will be the
examination of those candidates who have distinguished themselves in the
two-year period 2024-2025 for having created an activity or a product
characterized by at least one or more of the following qualities that will be
expressed in the ice cream and pastry sector (bar-pastry shop or bar-ice cream
shop operators are not excluded): innovative technical capacity, ethics and
sustainability, vision of the future, managerial capacity, originality of the
project or product and entrepreneurial spirit.
